By accessing or using the Arts of Strength LLC fitness application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Arts of Strength LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a fitness app that allows customers to follow along with scheduled workout programs. Programs are released in phases, each lasting between one to three months.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for exercising within their own limits and assume all risk of injury or harm. Users are encouraged to seek professional medical advice before beginning any new exercise program.
4. Limitation of Liability
Users agree that they are participating in the use of our services voluntarily and at their own risk. Arts of Strength LLC shall not be liable for any injury or harm sustained while using the App.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any cancelations. Users are responsible for the full monthly membership even if they cancel their service before the end of the current billing period. Users will have access to the app until the end of the time they have paid for.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the user's responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

9. Cancelation Policy
Users can cancel their subscription at any time by visiting the help desk located at the bottom of the homepage or by going to www.artsofstrength.com/billingportal. All cancelations will go into effect at the end of the current billing period. After the end of the billing period, access to the App services will be ended and the user will not be billed again. Users may restart their App services at any time so long as the user's account is in good standing.
